But for real conversion insights you gotta put in your own VOC research first.
G2 reviews, customer interviews, Reddit threads, support tickets... all that messy, beautiful customer language.
Could be a super simple doc like this
Get that stuff organized, and this prompt will help you slice and dice it into pure conversion gold.
(Without good VOC data, you're just getting AI's best guess at what customers might say. Not exactly the foundation you want for copy that converts...)
THE PROMPT
Help me mine these customer conversations for conversion insights.
1. PAINS
- What problems keep surfacing?
- Which frustrations get the most emotional response?
- Where do people get stuck in their own words?
2. EMOTIONS
- Flag phrases dripping with feeling
- Note exact trigger points that spark reaction
- Capture their "before" state raw and unfiltered
3. HIDDEN GEMS
- What benefits do they mention that we never talk about?
- Which positive surprises keep popping up?
- What do they value that we're not selling?
4. THE JOURNEY
- Where do stories start to rhyme?
- What patterns show up in their path?
- Which moments really mattered?
5. STICKY PHRASING
- Pull out their exact phrases
- Flag recurring metaphors
- Note industry jargon vs. real talk
For each insight, push on:
- "What's the real pain under this complaint?"
- "Why does this matter so deeply to them?"
- "What are they really trying to tell us?"
Help me avoid confirmation bias.
Flag patterns I might be missing.
Show me what could drive stronger copy.
